Federal
Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Contributions by corporations and foreign nationals are prohibited. Maximum contribution allowed by law is $2,500 per election from any individual.

Contributions to Craig Huey for Assembly 2012 are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. The California Political Reform Act (Proposition 34) places limits on contributions to candidates for state office and imposes certain prohibitions. This request does not seek a contribution in excess of applicable limits or from prohibited sources. An individual, PAC or other entities may contribute a maximum of $3,900 per election. A registered Small Contributor Committee may contribute a maximum of $7,800 per election.
